We understand that a convention like Furgether can be confusing at first and some of you may have questions. So here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Question: I would like to organize a panel. Who do I need to contact and what support is provided?
Answer: Please contact us via the contact form. A member of the organizing team will respond to you promptly with all details. Depending on the panel, there is the possibility of financial support in addition to support with the appropriate infrastructure (rooms, electricity, …).
Question: Is an early departure (for example on Sunday) possible?
Question: I have registered and have not yet received an e-mail. What should I do?
Answer: It is also recommended to check the spam folder. If you are still missing the registration e-mail, you are more than welcome to contact us via the contact form to have your status checked.
Question: I have paid but did not receive any information if the payment has arrived.
Answer: Do not worry. We will send you an e-mail after changing your status in our system. Sometime this takes a few days.
Question: What happens if the regional situation changes because of COVID-19 and Furgether is cancelled?
Answer: We are closely monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 and are also developing measures to ensure a safe Furgether for all participants. Should a cancellation occur, all already paid participation fees will be fully refunded.
Question: I am not from Austria and unexpectedly cannot come to Austria due to COVID-19 (e.g. travel restrictions, official quarantine, …). Will I get the participation fee back?
Answer: In such a case the already paid participation fee will be fully refunded. Please inform us via the contact form before the Furgether. Depending on the situation it may be necessary to ask for additional information (e.g. notification).
Question: What measures regarding COVID-19 containment will be taken at Furgether?
Answer: The health of all participants of the Furgether is the highest priority. The team is working on appropriate measures (e.g. provision of disinfectant dispensers, full support in contact tracing if necessary, advance information from and to participants before Furgether, reporting system after Furgether, …).
